2. Age

4. Counselling registration
You must be registered in the deemed/central universities stream on mcc.nic.in. This is the eligibility condition that is procedural rather than academic, and it is the one candidates most often fail. Details on the counselling page.
5. What is not required
- No domicile. Santosh has no state quota. A Kerala candidate and a UP candidate are on identical footing.
- No separate college application. There is no Santosh application form, entrance test or interview.

An NRI seat requires documented status, not simply a relative abroad. Expect to evidence:

- an embassy-attested sponsorship affidavit,
